The office staff is helpful and considerate. The prices are manageable and they have fair pricing policies. Honestly the only downside are the gate hours wish they opened a little earlier and stayed open later

I always spend more time than I intend to at the storage but I'm not bothered and I'm able to get what I need to do done. My stored items are safe and I need not worry about shady characters gaining access because thankfully is there's a security gate with access code to get in and security cameras just in case somebody does make it through. Its a sense of security I appreciate it.

This review is long overdue. I *almost* didn’t give this place a shot because of that nasty negative review, but I’m SO glad I did! Ive been renting since March 2021. I believe I worked with a gentleman named John and he was so incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, as this was my first time renting a storage unit, and he was very patient in answering all of them. He went above and beyond in the customer service department. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable; quite the opposite in fact. I almost felt like I made a new friend. And, he wore a mask the entire time. I highly recommend this place. From my own research, they have the best rates in town as well. I won’t ever rent anywhere else!!

I would give this place negative points. The staff here does not adhere to covid guidelines. The customer service is atrocious and I felt extremely unsafe while trying to rent a storage space . When I had spoken to them on the phone, the staff was courteous, but when I got there in person it was the opposite experience. I had gone to the rental office to secure my lease around 4:30 pm on Feb 22nd, 2021. First of all, the man ( I do not remember his name ) there was out of office, and I was waiting for about 10 minutes, while there was no one in sight. Finally, the man came. He was not wearing a mask. He showed me the units outside but when we went inside the leasing office, he was STILL not wearing a mask. I politely asked him to wear one, and while he complied, I could tell he was disgruntled. However, I was happy that he wore one, and I told him I appreciated it, especially as I needed to fly in the next few days. He became increasingly hostile about wearing the mask. He alluded to the fact that I was a hypochondriac for wearing one, among other things : He verbally attacked me. Given there was nobody except myself and this person, I felt extremely unsafe and left. I did not sign the lease, and rented a storage unit elsewhere. There is an abundance of storage spaces in this area, so you would be better off in a safer place.
