I absolutely had to write a 5 star review for Audi Livermore, and I’m not one to write reviews. I came in on Mother’s Day to check out their inventory. I was blown away by how beautiful the dealership is, and the professionalism of all staff. My sales person Nick Yoritate was so knowledgeable and very friendly. The General Sales Manager Chris Paez also needs to be mentioned, as he was an Audi guru. Both him and Nick answered all my questions, Chris settled my concerns and both were so friendly. I really felt so welcomed and felt zero pressure. I’ve never had such a great experience car shopping. I can’t thank Audi Livermore enough, and just the experience alone makes me want to only do business with them. Continue the excellent job Audi Livermore and all Dealerships can learn a thing or 2 about how to treat customers.

He was able to go over to the parts department with me and make sure I was taken care of, making the process super simple and easy.
