Just spent a little time figuring out what to order from Jimmy Johns online, then it tells you they are closed, ok on Google maps, it says there open til 9p.m. so then I call the store, and a staff member answers the phone and tells me they're closed. If you're closed why would answer the phone and tell someone that, and not give an explanation! Very poor customer service!

Not Freaky FAST..... Freaky SLOW. Placed a delivery and it took them over an hour to deliver, it was 2pm, not sure what has happened. called in and got no where on estimated time and why.

BAD SERVICE! THEY HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER THAT LIES. They hung up the phone on me and treated me like I wasn't a customer. I will be contacting the CORPORATE OFFICE to file a report.

i ordered 2 sandwiches and i waited over an hour to get them. i called the store and the guy who answered kept cutting me off and didn’t even let me get my question out. he said it was out for delivery but the tracker said it had been out for delivery for an hour. freaky slowOuch, so sorry!
