The customer service at this location is impeccable. The manager is the most attentive at this Indianapolis location. The child ordered online but he called to ensure that he got my sandwich right. His team is usually smiling when I go in. The atmosphere is great because of the energy they produce! You can tell when a sandwich is made with care I appreciate your service.

Ordered my food online at 11:40am, and I was informed that my order would be ready at 12pm. I arrived at the "Beachway" location at 12pm, but by 12:30pm I still haven't received my order and my lunch was over. I cancelled my order, but couldn't get a refund because it was an online order. The manager said she would take care of the situation and I would receive my monies by end of day. It's 5pm and no refund...poor customer service.

The food was great, service was great, and we were able to get our food quickly and the order was correct. The only disappointment was that the store was a little dirty: floor had trash on it and the counters were dirty as well: needed wiping down. Other than that little bit, it was good.

Tea tasted weird. Girl said, "well I made it this morning." Proper response would have been, "I'm sorry, I will check it. Thank you for letting me know." Another customer told me I picked the worst Penn Station and that the others were much better. I felt portions were a little small for the price, especially compared to Portillo's. Flavor was good, service was a bit not friendly. They could use a little training on customer service. Bathrooms were just ok. Fries were excellent.
