This location is horribly rude. Today a woman answered the phone and didn’t even listen to my order. Got my food and it was incorrect and she had an attitude like I made the sandwich!! Avoid this location if you can I will NOT be back.

The place was cleaner than I am used to seeing at other Penn Stations. Staff was playful, when not actively working. Still believe product was about 30% over priced than quality and portion size.

Very upset .. ordered Banana peppers on half of 12 inch cheesesteak because I split with my young daughter to be told can put them on the half would have to give me a side .. when they’ve done it before.. we’ll guess what bagger didn’t put them on the side .. so no peppers for me but $20 for sandwich and a fry .. very disappointed.. makes the sandwich so much better

Love the sandwiches. I only wish if you said double meat they wouldn't go by how many ounces do you want. What does double mean in real life and other restaurants?Thanks for being a fan! Come back soon!
