I purchased $3k worth of furniture including family room tables. Within the first 6 mos the paint/finish started flaking/chipping off the tables like they were never finished. After submitting pics and emails, I called. Tina w/ AFW contacted me. She was extremely helpful and made me appreciate good customer service. The delivery associates, especially the lead were top notch.

We had a huge 5 peice bedroom set delivered. The delivery guys were super professional, communicated where they were and how many more stops they had. Great experience over all. They even offered to take the furniture all the way upstairs which I knew would be difficult. But they had no problem what so ever. Would definitely buy again.

Our buying experience was painless. The delivery of our furniture was incredible! The truck couldn’t make it up our driveway so the two guys carried it up our steep driveway, Kian in particular carried the bigger pieces including a sleeper sectional and another couch BY HIMSELF. 😳 I was so impressed with how much they cared about getting it in the house. We were unaware that with mountain deliveries we’re required to have a truck to bring the furniture up in case their truck can’t make it. I didn’t have a truck and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone who did. I was so thankful they went above and beyond to make sure all of our pieces were delivered. Thanks David and Kian!!!
