We recently purchased a house and wanted to see if we could find a place where we could just buy all the furniture we needed in one sitting. We decided to try Bobs furniture per a referral from an friend. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Keith, he was amazing. He was very humble, down to earth and understood our needs. He showed us to all the furniture that we may like and guess what?? We bought it all. He made the process super easy and was very attentive to our needs for the home. We went to Bob's on Tuesday looking for a dining set. We had the BEST experience!! Jeff helped us that day and he went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. He was nice, funny, and very helpful. Not pushy as sometimes you go to stores that are. We were happy with the purchasing process and excited to get our first dining room set. Brownie points go to the snack station with ice cream and cookies very nice touch. :)

Ben helped us find a dining room set, rug, and throw pillows for our new home. Even though he did not make commission on our custom order pillows (due to the ordering process) he went above and beyond to print out all the ordering information we would need to place a custom order through customer service. Additionally, he took a call from us when he was off work and returned to the office that same day to schedule our delivery to ensure we got the delivery date of choice. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!
