It was so great visiting this store on Friday. I was overwhelmed of the service I received. I went to do exchanged a damage lamp that was over the return 60 days. The Manager explained because it was still in box and unopened that she would be happy to take back the lamp. Although I knew it was over the return period. She was so nice and helpful. She even suggested another lamp in the store that might work for me. I could easily visit any lighting store in Denver. But, I chose this one because of the service I always receive.

Found the store to have great inventory of lamps and home decor to see in person rather than online. Also received exceptional customer service by Sean the manager and all of the sales staff. Highly recommend if you're looking for lamps and other home items at a fair price and great customer service.

Hi - just to be clear, we are not a lamp repair store. We do carry replacement parts for some of the designs we sell, but we are unable to do any kind of electrical or repair work on other lighting. Hope that helps answer you question!
Hello - we follow all local and state issued health orders and have put several temporary measures in place for the safety of all. These include sanitizing and deep cleaning every night, following local orders to limit the number of customers allowed in our stores, promoting social distancing practices, opening early for at risk customers, and providing face coverings and sanitizing lotion to staff and employees.

Lamps Plus does not do repair you might want to go to Bonnie Brae repair shop,also if you still have your receipt Ross will exchange it for you
