The instructor told me not to take too many breaks at my mat to sip water during a HOT yoga class. It was also 100 degrees outside that day. Very strange.

This week was my first experience with CorePower Yoga, and I absolutely loved it!! I particularly loved how it was a perfect combination of yoga, cardio, and a HIIT workout, and the instructor was uplifting and encouraging. I was exhausted yet energized by the end of the class. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys mindfulness workouts and wants to strengthen their mind and body! **Also important to note that they’re taking COVID restrictions and guidelines very seriously and I felt very safe the entire time.
