I came in with a mildly dirty car, and with dog hair in some places that hadn’t been covered by a blanket. Unfortunately, after waiting for 10 minutes after my car was completed, because no one bothered to find me. I had to ask for my keys right as a mower was starting to work on the strip of grass they chose to park my car next to. It seems that they forgot to vacuum the drivers side, and missed several easy to reach and obvious spots. I am very disappointed this was the quality given to the interior on their full service wash, especially after leaving a good tip. Also there were 3 highly visible bug splats left on the windshield, and their wheel deal left my fronts half finished compared to the rears, like COME ON

This is my go-to car wash. They do a decent job. I have a feeling they do much better job on the fancy, more expensive cars. Almost every time they miss a few spots to dust or vacuum on the inside and I have to show them, but the customer service is on point. Overall, I'm generally satisfied.

I paid for “The Whole Thing”, but I only got the preamble. The Whole Thing is listed on the menu as an ultra-deluxe, all-inclusive car wash. The Auto Wash machine is definitely doing all the heavy lifting on that. Instead, what I actually got was the opportunity to pay a premium price ($40 + cash tip!) to watch a group of teen boys tenderly fold microfiber towels on the hood of my car while chitchatting and towel-whipping each other. No “fine attention to detail”, no Carnauba wax, no fresh scent, and definitely not a thorough vacuuming or interior wipe down. Let me tell ya, I feel less like I purchased an “ultra-deluxe experience” and more like I was transported back to Degrassi Jr. High. Such a frustrating waste of time and money.

I would not recommend getting a full service car wash here. I found so many missed spots that I ended up going else where and getting it washed again. They didn’t ask about how the service was and the lines were so long I didn’t even know where to go to get help. Just avoid wasting your money go elsewhere.
