The first time I went to this car wash, it was great. I just got my second car wash and I am upset. I paid $37(and tip) and the last row was not cleaned. I actually pointed this out and they took my car again and vacuumed the last row. They did not wipe it down, it is still dirty. $37 is a lot for an unclean car. I will not be going back.

Awful experience. I wouldn't recommend Finish Line Car Wash to anyone.i am a vip club member and I'm force to pay the full amount even if I had a paid year membership the manager was so rude and unprofessional go somewhere else and 20 per month unlimited wash instead of spending 30 for the day for awful expenses

Ive been going to Finish Line for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. When you get a great experience, time after time… it’s very surprising when it’s not…. But the story doesn’t end there. The last time we had our 4-Runner cleaned/detailed.. the vent toggle broke off and one of the wipers was detached and fell on the ground and was run over. I called to indicate all that had gone wrong and the Manager Roberto didn’t hesitate to make it all right. He personally replaced the wiper blades and ordered an entirely new vent. We went back and he replaced the vent with a brand new one… we also got another complimentary wash and interior detail. I was already a loyal customer… but this response to a couple of things that went wrong has me being a customer for life. To the owner of Finish Line- recognize how amazing Roberto is and thank you for giving them the power to make it right. Thank you so much!

Awful experience. I wouldn't recommend Finish Line Car Wash to anyone. My car is still dirty. I asked for it to be cleaned up after they said my car was ready, and the very rude attendant said, “you need to pay more.” Wait, I just paid you to clean my car! The photos show the sloppy job they did. I'll never go back.
