As soon as you walk in your directed to grab a ticket with a number which I personally love the informative directions upfront so you aren't looking lost on what to do. The ladies are super fast!!! Definitely know what they are doing, polite, professional, and there's one amazing multi-tasker who is taking finger prints and directing people who come in by addressing them from the back. I believe there's a mirror back there where they can see people walk in and a bell. The process was smooth and I love employees who "smile" through the mask. Man, these ladies need to be In the hospitality business! You girls are awesome.

Sorry but that is not correct. Department of Justice says 80% of the time three days or less. If not within three days, them it could take up to thirty days. It may take a while once the employer gets it. Jeff
We don't do physicals but we can certainly do your live scan. No appointments needed at our Broadway location.
Usually the fee waiver is for the government fees. We do accept those. There is however our fee of $10 cash or $12 if you use credit/debit. Jeff
Government fees are 49 dollars plus rolling fee $10 cash or $12 debit credit. Total 59 or 61 Jeff
To get the actual live Scan done it takes 15 mins to an hour depending on the wait. After that, it depends on which agency requested the live Scan. BSIS can take 2 weeks to up to 4 months to approve or deny your application, for example.
