My husband took his glasses in to be adjusted. They weren’t purchased at this location, that wasn’t an issue when Anshu the assistant manager took them back to be adjusted. He was never warned that this could result in his glasses being so scratched that he could no longer use them. He was never warned that he would now have to purchase new glasses that he didn’t need before. Because Anshu took them back and scratched them. He didn’t notice until he was home because he uses his prescription sunglasses to drive. When he tried to bring this to the attention of the staff, Anshu then offered a 20% discount. He never wanted to purchase them in the first place. When he questioned her about it, she said that it must’ve happened when he left. First to scratch someone’s glasses then to blame the victim and completely deny responsibility is another thing. She then tried to offer another 20% as if bargaining with us when we told her we were going to want to speak to the owner. I would 100% not recommend this establishment for glasses. Keep your possessions close and stay away from here.

They have very limited collection of men glasses to choose from and to be specific, I went their since they mentioned on their website they have nice brands like Gucci etc but they have only a few, other than that everything was cool and my doctor was very nice and friendly

Backstory: For several yrs I was seeing my favorite Optometrist and Optician at a downtown location. They worked so well together (like clockwork) and I never had a bad experience. I believe that the Optometrist-Optician relationship has to be good in order for the patients/clients to be happy. In 2021, I panicked when I was told that both of them had left the practice. So I went searching and in 2022 I finally found my favorite Optician (YoYo) at NATOMAS OPTOMETRY and made an appt. Amy along with YoYo recommended Dr Lew as a good match for my issues and concerns. The office is very easy to find and there’s plenty of parking. Inside is spacious, beautiful and bright. They have a large selection of frames to choose from. If you’re like me and apprehensive to get an exam due to Covid, don’t worry because they’re immaculate and follow Covid Safety measures. I was seen on time by Dr Lew and think she’s wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was very thorough. I did not feel rushed. Now here’s the part about the Optician, YoYo. He’s one of the main reasons I chose Natomas Optometry. He’s THE BEST optician I’ve ever seen. The Optician is the person who brings it all together and makes it work for you. YoYo is precise and knows exactly what you need. (Frames, Lenses, Insurance Coverage, Out of pocket cost, etc…) I’ve always trusted him to help pick out the best frames and lens options that will work for me and I’ve never been disappointed. He’s patient, personable, kind, helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re a happy customer. I had a great experience and highly recommend Natomas Optometry, Dr Lew and YoYo. You can also easily schedule appts online and I appreciate their email and text communication. I love my new glasses and have received many compliments. Thank you to everyone! Ps-I told YoYo that I’ll go wherever he goes. :)

My experience overall was excellent. Dr Morales was very good and friendly. She listened to my issues that I am having and under the care of an ophthalmologist. Yoyo assisted me with my glass selection and was very helpful in my selection of frames since I am not able to see well without my lenses. The whole office staff from the entrance to completion was very welcoming and helpful.
