Positive: Great breakfast. Good location. Negative: The ends were the hardest I¿ve ever slept on. The pool wasn¿t open yet and temperatures were near 100.

We stayed last week during our grandsons graduation. The reservationist gave us the impression we were renting an accessible suite. The suite was clean but crowded. There were no grab bars in the bathroom or shower. We were unable to get my husbands walker between the wall and bed on the way to the bathroom. Breakfast was supposed to be ready from 7 - 9, but at 7:30 it wasn’t set up. Upon arrival we were directed to parking close to the room, but it was at the bottom of multiple stairs with no ramp. For able bodied people, these issues are probably no big deal, but if you are older and disabled it can make for a very stressful night. Alice Eisenhauer Colorado Springs

Huge unit with nice decor. Only letdown was breakfast. No bread for toast, just bagels. No potato's...that's un- American!!! There is however a Red Robin in close walking distance.

Extremely impressed with the hotel staff here - very accommodating. Delicious breakfast (the spinach and eggs!!) and fresh coffee - any time! BIG rooms with lots of extras. We will be switching hotel brands for future travels. Well done, Residence Inn Hyland Ranch staff!
