Worst service ever! Been with Chase for 10 plus years and new to area so went in to pay off car loan and they refused to wire my money because they thought it “sounded fishy”. Just do your job your a bank.

She is very thorough, very professional and definitely gets loans closed, and generally before the deadline date! She has worked with me with "normal" borrowers, international buyers, and self-employed borrowers - and consistently does a great job!
