They were late picking up the POD. The customer service people can't get ahold of the truck people. What a mess. They didn't pick up until the apartment complex threatened to tow it. Now the apartment complex is taking money out of my deposit because the POD stayed on the premises longer than the agreed upon timeline.

If you need to stage your home for sale, this is the way to go. Pods is reputable, has good equipment that keeps your stuff clean and in good condition and storage you can count on until you are ready to move to your new house. It is convenient and having the pod on the ground in a convenient position makes moving much easier than using a UHAUL and taking it to storage yourself. It is worth every penny.

I had the PODs on my property for two full weeks past the date they were supposed to be picked up. I had to call customer service four times before they actually booked took the situation seriously and worked to correct it.
