A great site. Their dogs come highly rated. I went with another breed entirely.

I highly recommend Kimbertal Kennels. My female Red Doberman, Kimbertals Tiara Star, was the greatest! She had a wonderful personality. When she was happy she would wag her tail and smile a big happy grin. When she was very happy she would also dance in a circle. When she thought something was funny she would sit down and laugh. After my operation she became my service dog. She picked up things up, brought things to me, and helped me stand from a sitting or reclined position with no special training. She was smart enough to figure out what was needed and do it. We had 10 great years together until cancer took her.

Unbelievable country club for pups. Super nice people too!

My Doberman is the smaller American size, at exactly the AKC standard for the breed. At 10 yrs old, she has never weighed more than around 75 lbs. The German variety can be up to 150 lbs or more. A good judge of a dog's adult size is, of course, to look at the parents. He is likely to be similar to his sire in adult weight. That being said, if I simply allowed mine to eat to her heart's content, she'd be 100 lbs in no time, as she will do anything for food. I keep her to a cup of her kibble morning and night, and frequent treats throughout the day, as she is extremely food motivated. I would guess that your baby will be close to a carbon copy of Dad by the time he's 2 yrs old. Just make sure that you can always see a slight outline of the ribs, to be sure he isn't getting fat...not protruding, and not totally hidden by fat. And our breed of choice needs plenty of exercise!

What age? My boy was 110 full grown, but just like people, they come in all sizes. Your vet will know if their weight is healthy. Kimbertal has a Facebook page where you can get great feedback.
Dogs are like people, short, tall, in between. Usually similar to parents though
I would suggest that you consider a specialist trained to work with his issue. I could be wrong, but my guess is that you've had him since a young puppy and he hadn't been around other dogs til more recently. That was my mistake with my Doberman, and it was tough to get her to play with other dogs once she was a little older and we finally got a dog park nearby. It can be helped, but it will take work and time.
