Wife went to have a pre-paid package shipped and asked for a bit of tape to put a piece of paper on it. They charged a dollar for it and spoke in a harsh tone. Previously had only good experiences here, but it's frustrating to see my wife distressed and never wanting to go back. (edited)

My fiance and I recently visited Mail & More to mail out a bunch of Christmas cards and get notarization of an important document. The ladies were extremely helpful and even lent us a few bits of tape so we didn't have to lick our yucky envelopes. They also helped us with our postage and tracking needs. We gave them our business after reading they helped a Camp Fire victim in another review. We have family that lost almost everything they had in that disaster and we appreciate the good will they showed to that person. We will definitely be using them in the future!

The staff is always pleasant & helpful. We have had mail box service here for over 3 years. Also, Mary is very kind; she expressed shipped clothing I was sending to my brother after the Paradise Camp Fire at no extra charge.

Very handy place. Always know what to do with my stuff. If my printer at home isn't working, they can print from my cell phone. I recycle Nespresso caps and they already know how to do it for free. I return stuff to Amazon and they know how to do that too. Closer than the post office. Extremely pleasant group of people.
