Mr Foster is a credit to your company, your customer training and your business culture. Totally professional, friendly and quite accommodating. We first said we would call back after checking other places which he did not take issue with even tho he spent time explaining. I then changed my mind and even thought it was somewhat past the time for him to leave he took all the time we needed to service us without an attitude. He was thoroughly pleasant. He is a definite keeper!!!!!!!

Walking into the office I felt welcomed, Dee approached me with the happiest spirt. Having the answers to all of my questions made me feel even better about this storage. I was only looking around for pricing, i went to 3 different locations and this was the best location I have been to thus far. Far as the customer service went, I don't even have to second guess where I storage my items, because I Dee showed me how much she loves her job. She also has multi tasking on point.

I used this storage center for over a year and it met my needs until the prices started to go up almost double throughout the year. Overall the location was convenient for me and I was able to safely keep my items stored there until I removed them. The call buttons throughout the storage center need to be fixed, but I can’t thank Dee enough for her amazing customer service, if there is every an issue she’s prompt to respond and has great patience. You can tell she actually appreciates having customers.

Yes. The office doesn't open until 9am I believe. But I have gone to my unit as early as 7am. You have a code to get you in the main 2 doors. And access shuts down at 10 pm. Or at least the one on Blair road in Washington, DC does.
