What are we paying for? They won't let you throw away a single piece of trash (despite the signs saying otherwise). (I asked to throw away an empty 18in x 18in box.) And even while COVID is still raging, they are not cleaning the facility (high touch places like the elevator - same litter was in the elevator for days and visibly not cleaned) nor putting soap in the public restroom. I informed the agent on July 2nd that soap was needed in the bathroom. Her response was only a manager could access the soap and she would advise the manager. I returned over the next 4 days and NO SOAP EVER! So no cleaning and no soap.

The customer service experience was excellent. The representative was very thorough and she was very informative. My only negative experiences was a few days later when I arrived at the facility and the entire storage facility had no electrical power. I later heard this was not the first time this has happened at this location which is a concern. Secondly, I would recommend the lights inside the unit areas remain on longer than 30 second intervals. I helped a friend move at the Extra Storage facility located on Taylor street NW and their lights inside the unit areas remained on continuously. Sincerely, Patrick.
