I originally texted my desired look in which they stated they can do, then i arrive and they had to fix the ends for curly look multiple times. Then style is completed in 5 hours ( fast) 4 days later i realize my curly hair is coming out of every braid and it was not tucked well. I text them. I ask for a partial refund for my inconvenience and they want me to come back to fix them, i walk in and am given immediate attitude she asks me to show her which braids, i do( pretty much my whole head) then she only fixes 25% of the hair i Need her to fix, she does Not do them Uniform to the other braids in my hair ( size, length and ends different) when i tell her I’m Dissatisfied she laughs and continues to argue with me. Customer service is poor A and I’m Out of 280$. Never again

Very fast service. The braids will last easily 2 months and some change. They do not pull on my edges and they are not heavy. I love them!! I will never go to an her grader ever again. 💙
