Staff was rude! Was in the store for over 5 minutes and was never greeted! Staff member scolled my 13 year old son on "reading the sign" ( sign states not to touch), who reached out to point at a specific crystal. He hadn't even touched the crystal. When I told the staff member there was no need to be rude, when they hadn't even bothered to greet us to begin with , they attempted to say " it's not rude" then backtracked and said " I'm sorry, you are right". Don't waste your time here dealing with rude people. Take the 2 minute WALK down the road to SERPENT'S KISS, much better experience there!

Extremely rude would NOT shop here. No pricing on any of the large bins of stones. They will charge you whatever they feel like charging you. There are better places to purchase beads & crystals.

Just walking into this store filled with sparkling crystals and pretty, unique jewelry is a gift unto itself, but having someone there who is passionate and knowledgeable about what he sells takes the buying experience to the next level! I recently bought an amethyst bracelet there and just love it. This is a favorite stop of mine whenever I am in town.

This is the sweetest shop with so many gorgeous crystals/stones/rocks! There’s an entire section of raw stones which are generally hard to find, and the prices are so reasonable. The owner was so knowledgeable and kind as well, and I will definitely be coming back when I visit Santa Cruz again! Highly recommend anyone interested in stones to check out this shop. You will be so happy you did!
