We had thieves stealing from us. We have them on camera - license plate and all. Office Fuentes has not responded to my 5 emails asking for an update on the case- over 2 month span. Pathetic thieves out there stealing from people and the law enforcement just letting it happen and not responding to the victims. Feels great.

I got pulled over by Chavez J Gr and he wasn’t wearing a mask 🀒 I don’t know if they think that they’re immune but I felt unsafe they should be required to wear a mask!!!!!

Many times in the last two to three years I have asked for the Sheriff's Department to stop the off-road motor cycles from accessing our roads, school properties and library parking lot to no avail. Prior to visiting the Sheriff's Department I visited the California Highway Patrol, Thelander and Brandon & Tibbs. All of which stated they did not have jurisdiction. The motor bikes are loud which will get worst in the near future. Additionally, the person driving the loudest motor bike, is an adult and drives the loudest truck in the area and lives at 25211 Azalea Court, they drain and change motor oil in the street and we have even seen people at that house vomiting in the streets. I do not understand why nothing can be done. With regard to Thelander and Brandon &Tibbs , if I withheld my HOA Fees I would be reported any created bureau. When we moved here 17 years ago, the listing for the house included the phrase "in a quiet neighbor." I see times have changed and unfortunately the quality of people that has moved into this neighborhood has diminished. If we knew then what we know now about this area, we would have never moved here!

Consistent cover-up ups, of violations of duty. Consistent rudeness and a stubborn refusal to do the action of law enforcement in their jurisdiction. Consistent unethical behavior issues, years and years and years of deliberately abetting criminals then crime gets worse, and the criminals laugh in their faces. The hostile property takeovers by gangs, abetted by sheriff's, repeatedly- the burglaries and fencing - abetted by sheriff's repeatedly seeing the perp's and letting them take the stolen stuff off in their vehicles- even driving with suspended license and stolen plates! The police scanners in the gangs vehicles the sheriff's let them drive off. The planted in security hospital and ambulance employees who are double employed to leak privacy protected records to the gangs- the sheriff's abet feigning blind deaf and mute, this is all still going on- if you hope the Monterey county share interested in busting organized crime, lol, nope, they consistently boldly abet the criminals. One wonders if they're on organized crimes payrolls. Doesn't make logical sense - the duties aren't upheld; so we community scratch our heads and handle criminals ourselves. This county sheriff's consistently refuse to bust serious criminals and harass the crime victims. Usually that points the obvious that " special interest" has paid them to be corrupted. If it's your turn.. call the military.. avoid the sheriff's.. they're going to make the crimes worse.

I live on San Juan Grade Rd. in Salinas. A homeless is parking his vehicle in front of my house overnight. Do I have any rights to stop him from doing this?

I suggest moving out of California if you have that big of a problem with homeless. They're everywhere especially after California raised the prices on everything during a pandemic. Happy house hunting in another state entirely.
