Overall I was satisfied with the service. The iPad situation was a major drag. The doctor was excellent. Don't remember his name but he is a traveling doctor not a permanent resident there. Looking forward to a great doctor for my appointment September.

Absolutely the nicest medical staff I have ever come in contact with. On top.of being very nice she was very thorough, precise, and patient. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a Dr. office of this type. Thank you.

Great care experience, once in for an appointment. I felt listened to, and like I was in good hands. Had a minor procedure which was quick and painless. Only downsides were that it was difficult to schedule and get a return call after multiple voicemails, and that it would be nice to have electronic records to fill in prior to visit. Edit following original post - VERY difficult to get a call back. Office has not submitted my prescription for 2 weeks. Have called 4 times.... No one ever calls back. Has been very frustrating.

Had a great experience in office everything was great. Unfortunately I could not make it to my follow up , that morning I was in ER with my 1 yr old and was told she needed surgery . I explained to receptionist , no empathy what so ever, I asked for her to explain to Dr, she didn’t, still want their $75 because I didn’t tell them 24 hrs beforehand. Was surprised since they seemed very kind and understanding in person :/
