I used to love this place. Now it is a legitimate scam. You can get the same quality breakfast sandwiches at wawa for 2 dollars. They have ridiculous prices for the quality. Their bagels are passable if you would like to get a dozen, but do not go there for any prepared food. There are much better bagel places around for the same price.

How many teenage girls does it take to get an order right? Trick question. It can’t be done. Do yourself a favor and just drive to Dunkin’ Donuts. This is a sad excuse of a coffee shop. I won’t support a local business if they are going to rob me every time.

I realize that the "pandemic" made it standard practice to avoid all human interaction but MH in Chalfont needs to bring back real live "counter people" and get rid of those ineffective, inefficient, SLOW operating, touch screen kiosks!! …Wow this is super surprising! DGreco63 bringing that hot heat in a fiery review 🔥 As small business owners, It's scorched earth over here at Manhattan Bagel! We can only hope that for the rest of the local Chalfont small business owners that Dgreco63 puts his torch away, because its fire season and DGreco63 is in the mood to burn-things-down! 🚒 🧨👨‍🚒 Most guests absolutely love our new modern kiosks system. Not only do they love the increased self verified accuracy, but they also love the ability to customize! Kiosks are standard operating procedure now and probably forever as you have noted. Question- did it literally take you 12 minutes to select one simple menu item- or did it take you 12 minutes to get your order? Last minutes guests who wait to order until arriving in the store are usually last in line, and way behind the long line of guests who already ordered ahead from home or work at www.manhattanbagelchalfont.com Waiting to the last minute to order is definitely the clunkiest way to order. You may notice upon your next visit the streamlined flow of cars at our dual Drive Thru restaurant. Customers and home delivery drivers buzz up to the service window, ring the doorbell, and instantly receive orders for home or work, via platforms such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, Chow Now, Grub Hub, Zuppler, and EZ Cater. In our quick Drive Thru we boast ticket times of under 5 minutes, and even offer instant Drive Thru lane pickup for guests who prefer not to order at the speaker or leave their car upfront. Regarding walk in custmers- we make no promises on speed of service, just like any restaurant that doesn't shovel out "fast food" you are 100% put at the end of the line. We are so busy are staff honestly need to focus on making great food and not standing around taking a handful of walk in customers orders. In truth, our digital dining and Drive Thru options are going so well that at some point in the future we may even eliminate on premise walk in orders altogether. Stay tuned though, that is not in the plans for this year or early in 2022. If you would like to join the guests that enjoy zero wait times, just order ahead! You will get a text message when your order is ready for instant pickup at the storefront window. Why was our MB location first to get this technology? We were lucky enough to get this technology first as we are not only the busiest location in the state, but also the only franchisees to have Drive Thru lanes and to launch our modern digital suite of services! If tech is not your thing, or you don't want to order ahead online, we invite guests who crave a more intimate verbal ordering experience to use the Drive Thru. We understand that not all guests have the same familiarity with tech, so next time, please just say hi to one of our staff! If we are not too busy we would be happy to come over and give you a quick tutorial on our simple touch screen system.
