We just had a wedding a few weeks ago and decided to go with the Happy Mixer, and it was a wonderful decision! I first had their cake at another wedding years ago and even though I am not gluten free, I found this cake to be better than most other bakery cakes! Also, the icing is fantastic, not overly sweet, but delicious! We also decided to do chocolate icing with some simple decorations and I loved it!

Mom brought home a birthday cake from here for my Dad who is gluten free. I am not gluten free but I was very impressed with the flavor and quality. Will be recommending to everyone I know that eats gluten free!

We managed to discover this bakery by chance during the covid pandemic last year. Though we necessarily don’t require to have a gluten free diet we decided to take a chance with them for our son’s birthday . The cake was delicious at the same time beautifully decorated with all our suggestions that too at a very fair price and a short notice. Hence for this year too we decided to go with them and as expected it turned out very tasty and beautiful.

I haven't been to The Happy Mixer in years, but the first time I had a cake from there was about eight years ago at a baby shower. I've thought about that cake ever since and so when I decided to order my daughter's birthday cake this year, I called The Happy Mixer. I was not disappointed. This cake lived up to the memory I had of my last experience there. I don't know why I've waited so long to go back, but I won't again. When they asked how I wanted the cake decorated, I told her that my daughter loves Rapunzel, but her favorite color is pink, so do with that what you will. She sure delivered! This chocolate cake with strawberry icing is heaven, and I will definitely be back for my birthday. We aren't even gluten intolerant. Doesn't matter, this is by far the best bakery around.

Yes! They have several vegan desserts that they offer. Vegan cookies, some of their donuts are vegan, and I believe some of their cupcakes are too!

All I know is that everything they sell is gluten free. They did have a few items labeled vegan. Not sure how their items are where keto is concerned

Typically, keto options are made with nut based flours to increase protein and healthy fats while lowering carbs. We are a tree nut free facility which makes that difficult at this time. They have vegan (dairy soy egg free) items like muffins cookies and cake. The doughnuts have dairy.
