This facility is great and Samantha has been very helpful on the few occasions when I've needed assistance. I was able to arrange renting a space entirely online and was able to access my storage unit almost immediately! The facility is clean, climate controlled, and up to date with means of access, motion-detection lighting, private messages regarding account activity and setting up electronic payments. Pricing is also fair in comparison to other local storage facilities and the location is easy to access and especially convenient for me. I recommend this facility highly!

We've only had a unit here for a little while, but it has already been a positive experience. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and run by a friendly and professional team. I called today to see if by any chance they had found a screw that I was missing from an item I had recently grabbed from storage, and sure enough they had it. Not only did they find the screw in their massive building, but they held onto it, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I called. Very appreciative and impressed!

This storage facility was one of the nicest ones I’d ever seen! Spacious , well lit and with plenty of parking, it was always a pleasure to get items in and out - even off the second floor. The staff made it extra special. They were super nice and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in wanting to help us with any questions we had. Unfortunately, with demand for storage space very high, our monthly rent more than doubled in under two years. So we sadly had to move out this month because we could no longer afford almost $250 per month for our (admittedly huge) unit. But if you need a place to store your stuff, this is the best in town!

Sam was absolutely amazing helping me rent my first storage unit! She answered all of my questions and no question was too small. It got busy at one point and was so wonderful watching her work her magic to keep the flow going for everyone! The facility was very clean and beautiful!
