After doing a ton of research, we decided to sign our almost 2 year old pit/boxer mix for the 2 week board and train with Rosalie. Our pup had several issues, but the main issue was his anxiety in big social situations. Whenever Rocky was in a highly new environment, he really had a hard time settling, calming down and always seemed super anxious. He also excessively jumps, and can be really mouthy. Knowing all of this, we had a few hesitations and didn’t know if a board and train would be successful for our dog. Especially with the financial commitment, we were a bit on the fence. We were also told by numerous friends and family, that a board and train could make him more nervous and possibly do more harm then good. Welp, I am glad we trusted our gut and did our research because deciding to enroll Rocky in the 2 week board and train was the best decision we’ve ever made. From the drop off to the pick up, we were absolutely blown away from OffLeashK9, and our trainer Rosalie. She sent us daily updates through texts and videos and was always responsive. More importantly we felt like we had complete trust that Rocky was in amazing hands! Rosalie is hands down incredible - she is so patient, loving and supportive to each dog she trains. We had zero doubts after day 1, that Rocky had an amazing coach. Aside from all the awesome progress Rocky was making, it was also really important for us to be trained. As dog owners we know consistency is key and that this isn’t a complete fix after the 2 weeks. The daily updates helped to educate us on Rocky’s new commands and understand what was needed from us when administering the commands. Rosalie also took the time to meet with us for 3 hours on the pick up date, to go over everything. We felt more than prepared leaving with Rocky, that the knowledge we had all gained over the two weeks would set Rocky up for success in the future. There are not enough thank you’s in the world to both Rosalie and OffLeashK9!! We know the skills Rocky has learned, and knowledge we have gained will provide Rocky with a lifetime of confidence and make him a much happier dog! If you are thinking about signing your pup up, this is your sign to do it!!! Best decision we truly made for our family!

I wish I could give Rosalie 10 stars because she was life changing for our pup, Loki! We were getting married and going away on our honeymoon right away and didn't want to board our dog Loki at a typical doggy day care for ten days. We also were at a point in Loki's training where we didn't know what steps to take next to fix some of his behavior issues we were having. We decided to invest in Off-Leash Training and we're so glad we did. Our 1.5 year old husky shepherd mix going into this board and train was pretty well-behaved. We were mostly concerned with his door manners, jumping, pulling on walks, and selective listening to our commands. Rosalie sent us pictures and videos daily and provided us with detailed instructions on how to do each task and enforce them. She brought him to the store, the park, festivals, etc to train. She even brought Loki to our WEDDING to take pictures with us during our first look which was something she went above and beyond for and we are so grateful for that alone! The three hour turnover process was amazing to see how much improvement Loki made and we left that training feeling confident that we knew how to keep up with all the progress he made. Everyone now comments on how well behaved he is and how he has positively transformed as a dog. Two months later, Loki is still doing great. Rosalie continues to answer all the questions we have and we are going to schedule a follow up session with her to re-teach us how to better control Loki on walks and in heel. We are so fortunate to have found Off-Leash training and Rosalie!

We had our 4 year old Shepherd husky Kal-El, in board and train 2 week program with Rosalie. Trainer- Rosalie was amazing with Kal. She stayed in touch with us throughout his training. And provided us with all the small steps in his progress. She was detail oriented and we really appreciate that Offleash K9 training was more specific to him ( considerate of his learning pace) as an individual dog than other generalized training programs out there. She is very passionate about dogs and puts their comfort above everything else. We were worry-free knowing he was in good hands. Outcome- walking our dog has never been easier. He used to have tendency to occasionally run off, chase smaller prey animals, pull on leash etc; but due to his training it has become so much easier to address these issues. Training him didn't change his happy go lucky personality at all. We can now take him hiking Offleash without worrying about him getting lost in the woods. He can still be a dog and enjoy his walk on leash as well as offleash. Offleash K9 2- week board and train program worked out best for our dog because he had habits that could lead to unsafe situations. We also got training of how to use e-collar safely and efficiently. And we are beyond happy with the outcome. I would recommend Offleash K9 training to every pet parent.

Millie is a Brittany, full of energy, very loving and playful dog. While Millie was a great dog during playtime, there were times this energy was hard to deal with. We had a long list of issues when we got to the Off-Leash K9 office. :) A few were pulling on the leash, inconsistent and unreliable recall, digging, jumping on people, etc... We were apprehensive about the use of e-collar too, precisely because we didn't understand how it worked. However, we had read and heard how effective it had been for others so we decided to give it a try. We met Rosalie and let Millie's board and train begin. She sent us prompt and clear updates every single evening. So much so, that we started looking forward to them every day. :D The updates were videos explaining each command to us while demonstrating them on Mille, pictures of Millie having fun with training, and more videos of her off-leash and outside! It was amazing to see the incredible progress Millie was making every single day! We asked several questions over the two weeks in chat and she did respond to all very patiently. When we went to pick Millie up, she spent about 3 hours with us explaining the e-collar, running mini-workshops for each command, and also presenting us with close-to-real-time scenarios with Millie (like when Millie starts testing us to see what she can get away with)! It's been a day since we got back. Millie is a changed dog! She listens to commands. It's like suddenly we can communicate with her very clearly! We highly recommend Rosalie and Off-Leash K9 training for training dogs using an e-collar!
