Steve is the MVP, and Chris knows who to hire. I walked in before noon to rent a lens. When Field Testing saw an error and contacted shop. Steve said "I will take care of you, Dan." I drove in and out 4x and during the 5th call said "I know you close in fifteen minutes so will not bother you" but Steve said "come in Dan, I will fix your problem." I walked away with a Sony a7ii with a lens for the weekend. My problem became no more. Steve is a photographer, he knows cameras and gear. I trust him more than others now with my photography, and people work to earn my trust. He gave me his personal number, and not only reached out afterwards but the following day and for at least 20 minutes had an honest & open conversation via telephone call. That is not committing but dedication. Chris asked how transaction went but does not know what it took for me to come back and be trusting. So Steve, thank you for being you and helping me not just solve an issue but prove worth coming back to see. Jack's Cameras in HV has my loyalty and Steve is the guy you want to ask to see.

Went into the store for my I-9 confirmation and was treated very rudely. The man who saw us was incredibly passive aggressive and had no desire in helping us. Terrible experience and was disappointing as I had wanted to get photos developed by them. Won’t be coming back.

This was my first time I needed a print from my "old" collections of plaques and pictures. Being a 74 year old man, I was never comfortable with the new technologies. But the people at Jack's Cameras were extremely courteous and professional and made me feel at home.They helped me to pull out my old documents from my "old" files and cradled me like a kid! Kudos to everyone at Jacks Cameras especially Sheryl.
