Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I take my children here about twice a month. The staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. I even see them sanitizing and cleaning attractions during our visit. The cafe is also fantastic. We always grab lunch before we leave. No other trampoline parks have the ropes course, sky rider, or flip zone bumper cars, which is why we come here. Love love love this park and so do my kids. Thank you for always providing excellent service and a safe environment to play in.

On Monday we went to Urban Air Adventure Park (Norristown) for my daughter's 3rd birthday treat....the girls had a blast naturally because there is a lot to jump around and do and it's different from their everyday... With that being said we will NOT be going back. It is very clear that this place has been seriously neglected and should probably be visited by the Health Department. Absolutely disgusting. This was a slow Monday and had about 20 other kids overall in the building. It is important to note that in the pictures you will see popcorn and food on the floor which was NOT for sale at the time and their food station was closed due to it being a week day. It is also important to note that we arrived shortly after they opened so this was not "after a busy day".....

The place needs to be cleaned better. The floors need to be adjusted and cleaned. The place needs be cleaned more often. Some of the pictures to explain what I mean.

What a wonderful day, playing hard and having laughs at this great location! Rich and Amber walked me through the scheduling process and all my questions with patience and friendliness. My daughter’s birthday with her friends was her “best birthday” ever! Non stop fun and running from station to station with huge smiles on their faces! Staff was attentive, friendly and fun. The arena was very clean and thoroughly staffed. We travel an hour to come to this location and it’s worth every minute! Never disappoints and it tires out my daughter like nothing else! Thank you for a great day and a safe adventuring spot for families!
