Also the owner was extremely rude!Parents are NOT allowed to cross off or alter the terms of service on the permission form that our 300 students submit when they join. Withdrawing from a class on short notice (less than 6 hours notice) and demanding a same day CASH refund is a difficult challenge for our business. I apologize for my matter of fact response to your demands... I'm sorry that after receiving a complete refund IN CASH you have chosen to pursue this matter here. I'm not sure there is much more Turners Gymnastics could have done considering the circumstances, but this transaction is being reviewed so that we may serve our clients better in the future.

We decided to try Turner's Gymnastics after a bad experience with another kids gym. We're so glad that we did! The staff is very friendly, the facility is great, and best of all, our daughter loves it. It's just a great environment overall!

I like that the class sizes aren't over crowded. They try to make everyone feel comfortable.
