I had friends visiting from out of state and I can safely say we'll NEVER visit IHOP again thanks to this location. We went in late after everyone arrived on their flights. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant with people at them already eating or ordered. We ordered our food after 15 minutes which was fine because there were 6 of us picking from the menu. However, the 3 stars comes when the other 7 tables came in after us, ordered after us, ate, and left prior to us getting our food. Lady said they were busy when they truly weren't. We spent over 2 hours here because of not getting food in an orderly fashion. Honestly, I think they just didn't put in our order until 55 minutes after we placed it. I understand being short-staffed but when you have the kitchen staff to wheel out orders, no customer should wait an hour and 7 other tables coming in eating and leaving during the time we waited for our food. Worst experience ever!

We didn't plan on eating but as soon as we saw the IHOP sign, pancakes instantly took over our minds and stomachs. A feast of eggs, bacon, ham, French toast and pancakes later, (that's was all mine), we were happy and on our way!! The host was very nice as well as professional and out server did a fine job. Thanks IHOP@!

We went late last night around 12:30 - 1am. The food was well prepared and served quickly. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly. Restaurant was clean and well kept, it was empty when I arrived but filled quickly after we were seated. I only saw 1 waiter and 1 busser, once it filled up the poor waiter seems overwhelmed. They should consider another set of boots on the ground for the night shift. I was never instructed as to how to pay my bill, the waiter gave me the ticket but said nothing about how to pay, so I did what's usually done and went to the front counter to settle my bill. I waited there, unacknowledged, for 20 minutes before ultimately deciding to download the app and pay that way (my ticket actually provided more insight than the staff in this matter). Other than being clearly shorthanded, it was an enjoyable experience overall. The waiter was great with much energy and charm. Efficient in his service, just not as a cashier.

Hmm where to start. Maybe with the giant pothole in the parking lot. My poor car! Had to wait 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were standing there waiting to be seated. Then there's our server. She asks can you pay when you get your food so I can go on break? What?! What if we wanted something else, like dessert. I denied this request. The omelette was tasty although much smaller than anticipated (server assured it was a generous portion π€£), the pancakes were delicious, the bacon was greasy and see through. Maybe they were having an off night.

They do take reservations actually just give them a call they are only full at breakfast and lunch time with a 10-minute wait Max
