What a shame that IHOP isn't very "employee-hiring-savvy". To be honest, the food has been consistently good at the Quebec Street location - I have been ordering take-out from here a couple times a week for a long time and I haven't really had any issues with the food itself. Unfortunately though, I'd say 50% of the time I have been a little disappointed with the service in one way or another. Tonight the employee took it to a whole new level however. I placed my order online at 9:35pm. My receipt said it would be ready at 9:56pm. When I walked in at 9:50pm, I told the server I had a "to-go" order, to which he replied, "Oh okay. Well I almost threw it away." "WHAT?" I replied, profoundly confused. "I placed the order like 15-minutes ago!" And he responded: "Well we're closed." CLOSED?? What do you mean you're closed? If you're closed, why did your app allow me to place an order, and then receipt me with a pickup time of 9:56? If you're closed, why does the internet say that you're open until 10:00? If you're closed, why does your neon sign say "OPEN"? If you're closed, why are there other people sitting and dining at your tables? The truth of the matter is that you're NOT closed, this employee was simply anxious to finish his shift because his personal life is more important to him than his job. But fortunately he won't need to worry about me keeping him from leaving work early again, as this will be my last pickup order from them. Very poor form iHop!

This place was very packed but we were seated and eating within 10-15mins. Wait staff are very attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Shout out to Jose. This dude is a very good waiter. Hopefully if we’re in this part of Denver again we have him as our server. Keep up the good work man.

Got sat right away when we walked in it was about 8 in the morning on a Saturday so pretty quick. Waiter got our drinks took our order and food was served pretty quick and accurate, it was fresh and delicious. We will be back.

The place was not terribly busy. I walked into the building and instead of being greeted by the employee standing behind the counter, she had to mess with her phone before asking what I wanted. Ultimately she sat me down at a table and I waited. After a few minutes, a group of teenagers entered and were sat down. Their order was being taken before I had even been approached by my waiter/waitress(if I had one). I ended up leaving, and not being noticed on my way out. I chose to eat at McDonald’s ( their customer service was great).
