Great service, takes awhile to get processed or talk to anyone on the phone (10+) minutes but I suppose that just means they're providing quality individual service. I love the wellness plans, been a subscriber for 3 years now.

I love this place, they are so great to my fur baby. We are on the puppy plan and all of our needs are always met and they are so friendly. I don't like the covid check in procedures because I feel like it always runs behind but that will get better I am sure as we move to the new normal

This is where I take my fur children. I like the fact they're located inside a pet store. The stores are in many strip malls. The wellness plan takes care of all your pet's preventive care. All office visits are free with the plan. You get a discount on all medicine and none covered treatments. This isn't insurance it's preventive care program. That means if your dog has an accident the office visits be covered the treatment won't. As my dog got older I purchased insurance to cover the other cost. Give them a try. Good luck.

Always super easy to work with. I like to support small local places rather than a big corporation like this, I only started with Banfield to keep continuity of my dog's care while I was moving around the state a lot. But I've always had the best time dealing with the staff, moreso than with small local vet clinics my parents use.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 2, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
