The doctor was very nice and gave us great insight about our breed of puppy. The assistant Diana was rude and put a lot of pressure to sign up for the membership with little explanation. When asking questions- she got short with us. The first impression of Diana was she immediately scolded us for having the puppy on the ground. We had put her there for less than 1-2 minutes. She didn’t say hi how are you my name is- immediately scolded us. When asking questions about the membership or follow up appts- I’ve gotten different answers from over the phone, in person and from the doctor herself. Diana is the reason I declined the membership and declined to make another appointment- especially when she started getting short with me about when to book a time for the follow up.

My Bentley needed to be seen as soon as possible. After calling his vet and about 10 more places in town, my co-worker suggested Banfield. Honestly, I forgot PetSmart had a pet hospital inside the store. The front desk representative was super sweet, caring and told me to bring him in. Within an hour after drop off, I received a phone call from the hospital with a diagnosis. The price was reasonable and the customer service was superb. The vet came out of the office to greet me with a smile with information on his diagnosis and home care. Shortly after my conversation with the vet Bentley came out with the assistant and again was greeted with a smile, and she reiterated what the vet had just told me about his home care. I couldn't be happier with the service my Bentley received today. Nobody cared not even his own vet about getting him in on an emergency appointment and here's a hospital who is not his regular vet was kind enough to see him. I am hoping it is just a bad allergic reaction but if it is not I know I have a caring hospital to bring him back to. I wanted to thank everyone individually but I am so bad in remembering names but everyone I encounter today was WONDERFUL. Thank you Banfield staff for your love, warmth and superb care of my Bentley. You got a customer for life.

My cat Patty was ill with cancer and the time had come to be put to sleep. The staff were outstanding in their compassion and care of Patty.

Before and after of our pup after he had a benign tumor removed. They were straight to the point and got the job done without giving me bs or a sales pitch.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Yes they will. It sounds like your pup has an ear infection. You may want to get an appt as soon as possible. They are very nice and helpful.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
