Pancheros is one of my favorite places to eat and I definitely feel like it is better than chipotle. Their food is always amazing and the workers work their hardest to ensure that the customer is satisfied. In addition, the restaurant is very clean. Overall, pancheros is an excellent place to grab a bite for a good price.

I would like to thank the employees that were working today. I am pretty sure I will never go to a fast food restaurant again. Hair in my queso. Also my taco and my chips.

On June 7, 2022 I brought my employees, for a bite to eat, after a long day working. The total was about $40 and each of us ordered a drink, however when asking for a water cup was told they don’t provide water. There is clearly water at the Coke fountain and it feels completely unjustified to even offer me another option beyond paying for a full drink again. There were also 6 employees on staff and one customer ahead of us, yet it took nearly 15 minutes to get our food.

Pancheros is the best of these types of places. They charge extra for both Queso and Guacamole, but the food is very fresh and the meat is very tender. I always get the steak bowl with queso and guac, and the steak is so good. Other places …It was a pleasure serving you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback!
