The client portal is a secure website where clients can fill out paperwork, pay online, and send messages to their therapist. Clients will be required to create an account with their email.
Therapy services are limited by the states where counselors are licensed. In our office, we have therapists who are licensed to work with patients in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Colorado. If you live in any of those states, we would be happy to schedule an appointment for you.
Great question. Choosing a therapist is a very important decision. We offer free 10-15 minute phone consultations in order to help us determine if one of our team members is a good fit for you. If not, we are happy to refer you to another colleague in the area who would be better suited to help you.
Session are 45-50 minutes in length.
We are out of network with all insurances, and can provide a receipt for out of network reimbursement. We highly recommend the Reimbursify app to help with this process. Working with our pre-licensed clinicians offers the added benefit of a more affordable price point. However, their services are not always reimbursed by insurers.
