My name is Phil and I am the brother of Marian. She was discharged from your Center a few weeks ago and is now home and making progress towards a full recovery. I want to thank you so much for your wonderful talent, skill, energy and care for my sister Marian Pella for all the weeks she was there. We are so grateful for all that you have done to help her get healed and well. I could tell from the first time I came into your center that this was a high quality place that had a great team of people working together for the increased health of its residents. I want to bless, empower and encourage you in all the things you are doing to help people heal. You should be recognized for being among those who are a team of people working together for the betterment of your residents, even when it was necessary to have added protection and safety. God bless you all!! Have a great holiday season. With love, Phil

I would like to start off by saying that I love this facility and spending my time here. I must say that I do wish to be staying with my son at home, but this is such a great alternative. Housing is great and the nursing staff are always pleasant and meets my needs. The nurses I acknowledge are Paula, Dayo, Traci, Dimitri, and Rita. The RNA and Activities Staff are always great and keep me busy throughout the day with exercises and lots of fun. Housingkeeping is wonderful, all staff keeps my room very clean, do a bang up job, and have amazing personalities. Overall I enjoy my stay here with new friends and staff.

My mother entered this facility about two weeks ago during this COVID-19 pandemic. I would like to start off by saying the the CNA's and Physical Therapists are Amazing!!! They are the glue to this facility. The Case Worker- Mani Lee, she needs to find another field because I believe she is burnt out or just there to receive a paycheck. Mani stated that she's an advocate, but gave my mom a new and earlier discharge date on Friday afternoon {Memorial holiday weekend} and left it on (patient)her to figure it out on her own. The staff is unresponsive as it relates to returning phone calls;the administrator-Kendra Noonan included. I want to inform you that if you have to put your loved one at this facility, please make sure to obtain the entire teams name/number/email so that you can be well informed and kept in the loop of what is going on with the care of your loved one. The team consist of Case Worker; Social Worker, Billing Specialist; Physical therapists & CNA. Oh and another important thing, make sure your name and info is on the the FACESHEET or you will be excluded as it relates to the care of your loved one. I would also like to point out that food is scarce and they don't have better options for individuals who have special diets. Unfortunately, the organization didn't do better with the care of the seniors during this time and it was a very disheartening experience that my mom had to endure who is battling cancer for the last two years.

This is all a very new experience with me. Since my mother has been residing in the Pleasanton Nursing and Rehab home, everyone has been very accommodating to her. I would especially like to acknowledge Jamie, her day nurse, Katy, her DNA, Linda, front desk, and the activity staff in the dining room on a daily basis. They are all very attentive in helping and making sure she participates in the activities, even if she's not sure what's going on.

Best to call them. I haven't transferred a patient there in a few weeks, and they may have changed their policy since then.

I believe so. My mom is there although in a wheel chair she can do most everything. As we walk in there are several that have major issues.
