Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek is the best. Me and my wife have a good experience here. There are other Mercedes Benz dealers that are close to our home, but from the review I saw from yelp, I'm glad we came to this place. I'm glad Kevin was introduced to us and helped us all the way (until we got pictures at the end :). I even saw him cleaning -giving some last touches on the vehicle. He is so patient and showed us basic cool things to get started. He is nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. One thing I like from a sales representatives is NOT putting pressure on me, and that's Kevin, he will not pressure you.

Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek has an excellent reputation and I felt that the staff works very hard to maintain it and exceed expectations. They really make sure customers leave satisfied. I recently bought a vehicle a few weeks ago with Uri S. and Thomas L. and they were very friendly, helpful, and patient. A very minor cosmetic issue came up in the days following my purchase, but Zach W. was able to help me get it sorted out and fixed right away. Its best to call the parts department, and have your VIN. Different model years have different style keys.
1. Daily sterilization of the store using an EPA Approved product. 2. Sterilization of the vehicles prior to/after use. 3. Hand Sanitization stations. 4. 6’ Social Distancing whenever possible. 5. All Teammates are required to wear masks. Guests are encouraged to wear masks and offered a complimentary disposable face covering. 6.
