This store was really organized when I went in there yesterday. The prices were reasonable and most of the employees were nice. I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. It’s expected that Goodwill doesn’t look and act like Nordstrom, but compared to other Goodwills, this one seemed really nice. Great selection. Shoes in very good condition.

I spend a lot of money at thrift stores. Several times I have been disappointed w the lack of staff organization and poor management. My last visit, there were six people in line and only one cashier (Joshua). He was new and had to handle the cash register, the telephone and questions re items in the glass cases. There were four other employees sitting in the manager's office talking. It felt like they were hazing the new employee. It was very uncomfortable. I went over to talk w the manager and when I told her my concerns and that I spend over $10,000 per year plus, she stated, "good for you". I just left the store.

Great store, amazing furniture. Great prices, huge selection. Good quality of merch and best of all incredible finds. my son broke a lid to a crock pot when we were in there I was extremely embarassed and the staff was so kind toward us and we didn't have to replace it. I will make this one of the best good wills I have been too. A cherry oak changing table for only 20 bucks?!! Wow!

Just came back from Walnut Creek location. Their front doors were wide open. We had 6 bags of clothes, shoes and linens to donate. It was 20 min before 10:00 and we asked if we could just give them the bags then. They replied that they had rules and we would have to make another trip back. Very rude young woman who just shouted at me that they didn’t open til 10:00. Would it have been so bad to be polite to people that actually are donating to their cause instead of acting like we were bothering them. Will NEVER go back to them again Went down the Street to St. Vincent de Paul and we’re greeted and thanked for our donation. Even told to have a good day as we were handed the receipt. What a great group of people.

Yes
Yes, almond always taking donations. No restrictions, maybe some larger furniture
at this location, they won't. it is predominantly clothing and minimal everything else. if I may, I would suggest e-cyclling the printer and donating the violin to a local school music program, if it still plays.
mo im sorry we do not
Yes they are open Sundays
Yes, Goodwill does, we would like to see you come on bye.
Iam going to have to say yes on that one
Nope, all the donation boxes are outside and they have people helping. I dropped off a bunch of clothes yesterday and it was just like normal.
I know they are taking donations, but no clothing or bedding for now.
No
Well this is not a place that you can ask that kind of question, because this has no connection with Goodwill whatsoever. I do know that some locations are not accepting anything. Some locations are not accepting clothing. some locations are accepting furniture. Also the hours for donation end between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. for donations. For the Walnut Creek store I believe it is 2:00 p.m. and only on certain days for certain items
No, they take some working electronics for donation only
Try your local Freecycle to find someone who will pick it up.
Yes they will accept it.
