Horrendous care organization DO NOT USE! The hospice part of the company is good this review only refers to the care division. If you are looking for a care person for a family member please take my warning, this company is not a solution, it is a nightmare. From the intake with my 82 year old terminally cancer stricken mother in law where she endured 3 hours non-stop questions while on heavy narcotics, to schedule changes with no notice, to rude office personnel, to care workers leaving fecal matter on a garment she was wearing, to soiled undergarments left on her for over 10 hours (many, many times), to management calling and getting the on duty care worker so angry that they're in my mum's bedroom screaming at the top of their lungs, to be left without any care for 36 hours. This company is a nightmare. Look elsewhere. I wish I didn't have to give a star but since one is needed it will be for their field workers. The most of them were a complete blessing in my life. Yes some were terrible but truly that's the fault of management for not training them correctly or doing anything to help them. Take my advice -- RUN
