Worst place ever. Also check the ppl they send out to repo because they dont even have a valid business license to repo the vehicles. They sold me a lemon which was 3500 cash but because my credit isn't great they did in house financing and charged me 13000 for a 2003 vehicle and added after I payed it . I had to do what I had to do and they took advantage. DISCUSTING

If I could 0 stars I would. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT buy a car from here. Lousy service, car undriveable 1 week from leaving lot. I should have been suspicious when Carlos (nice guy in general, but unfortunately he gets lumped in) asked during the test drive "how far are we going?" Hmm, red flag much? Now I know why, because the check engine light came on a few days later. That's nice, clear the codes temporarily for a sale then disappear when something arises. Literally sold me a family car that won't pass smog now, so I'm out $1500 to repair it before I even make my first payment?? Don't bother calling or asking for help, they will give the go-around. If I can save even 1 person from buying a car here, my job is done. Please, please, please look and buy elsewhere🙏🏽

These guys are crooks. Thrifty has sold this company too people who put dangerous cars and trucks on the road for quick profits not safety. I’m during as well let’s shut them down

Purchased a car it over heated the same day I call them they offer to fix it they call me the following day and said my car was ready I asked for paper work they never provided anything but saying the manager Rachelle was going to call me , they never did never answered my calls , long story short not even 2 weeks later my car completely shuts down in the highway with my kids in it , I tow the car to a repair shop they tell me the engine is gone and that they never fixed anything. I called the finance company to report them , also suing them for negligence for selling a unsafe vehicle , my kids and I could of been killed , they don’t care about people’s safety I don’t know how they are still able to operate didn’t even have the car for 2 months , they should really be stopped because innocent people can loose their life over their unsafe cars.
