Definitely didn’t feel welcomed, felt like since I was shopping for a lower cost car they viewed me as less than the others. The test drive kid was okay, just texting the whole time on the phone, late driving directions. The advisor we was working with was moving extremely fast with little side remarks to information me and my wife wanted to know. Didn’t feel welcomed at all and treated like a poor customer. The people who were there the day before I visited the place were the exact opposite of the people I dealt with today, they were so kind and helpful.

I went in looking for a truck as my first ever vehicle in my name. Luis greeted me before I even got to the door amd was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, very understanding and kind. He was so good in fact that my mom, who was there to help trade in my old car, also decided to get a new vehicle and Luis helped her as well! That's 4 thumbs up from us! On Super Bowl 🏈 Sunday my husband and I arrived at M&S Auto and were fortunate enough to be greeted by Mo. He was so warm and welcoming and really gave us space and time to look through the lot as we pleased. He made the test drive 🚗 extremely comfortable by giving me extremely clear directions as we are not so familiar with Sacramento. Upon giving us there bottom line pricing (meaning there is no need to try to haggle) he made sure to give us time to determine privately if we were absolutely certain about our choice of vehicle. Once we gave the 👍 it was straight to paperwork. We were made to feel as comfortable as possible. (I literally ate my packed lunch and watch a movie on my phone.) Then, Mo arrived with another gentleman who were were not particularly fond of but luckly we had Mo there to keep us feeling comfortable and really gave some great advice and talked us through our loan options. Once we agreed to the loan option, gap and extended warranty (highly recommend both) we quickly signed paperwork and they even got me an insurance company who worked swiftly to make the sign-up process effortless. To be quite honest if we had not been dealing with Mo, we may not have purchased our car from M&S Auto but this young man is extremely genuine and forthcoming and we were truly blessed to have been able to and continue to work with him. Please, if you are in need of a vehicle GO SEE MO! I know you will share my same experience with him as he gives new meaning to what it is to be a great car salesman. P.S. This man is a huge, HUGE asset to this company, I hope the right people see this and realize, acknowledge and appreciate the loyal, trustworthy and hardworking man they have working for them.
