Okay experience at best. I purchased a 2021 BMW X5 from this dealership even though I live out of state because as everyone knows used car inventory is low. I mainly worked with Alberto who seems like a decent enough person however he seemed entirely new in his role. Any questions I asked he seemed unsure of (although to be fair that seemed to be the case with the receptionist I spoke to as well) or annoyed I asked and I never received a clear answer on literally any of my questions. He did not seem educated on the process of purchasing a car from their dealership. This did not make me feel confident while purchasing a car from them and if they didn’t have the exact car I wanted I would’ve never done it. Also, their cars are overpriced for the market, even with it being inflated, but if you’re in a bind and they have the car you want than you don’t really have many options. The cherry on top was my car was paid in full with a cashiers check on Monday and I was assured that the title and all necessary paperwork would be sent overnight to me. Wednesday rolled around and I still hadn’t received anything nor had any communication regarding this. When I called the dealership at almost 11 am PST that morning no one was working yet who could help me with my questions which I thought odd as it was almost the afternoon and when I finally spoke to Alberto he told me the title would be emailed to me. All along I was told they would overnight to me and as of Thursday I still haven’t received any communication or concrete information regarding when I will receive the title of the car I now own. The process of purchasing a car through Integrity Auto was confusing and disjointed at best and I wouldn’t recommend them. Edit: Also wanted to add that I was told by Alberto that the car came with a bird’s eye view camera to assist with parking. It doesn’t. And to add this the package costs over $1500 for just parts, not including installation costs. Had I known this I would not have purchased the car.
