Gino jimmy and Shadi were helpful and patient with me to help answer questions and fix whatever needed fixing on the vehicle I was looking to buy but now when I took it and left it in there possession to get it fix as they agreed to do so when I went to pick it up my 2 center wheel caps were missing even after I showed them pictures of when I left it with proof that they were on the wheels when I left it they were no help on at least giving me a pair instead said they would look at the cameras and get back to which they never did I had to text them to ask and they just said they didn’t see nothing very disappointed and it’s been 3 weeks now and they still haven’t got back to me about the center caps I mean come on there only $40 a cap other dealerships would not even go through the trouble they would just replaced them no questions asked still waiting for Gino or jimmy to text me or call me on the situation.

Just don't do it. They will tell you anything to get you in. They will rig the paperwork any way they need to to get you approved. They will also sell you a warranty and refuse to assist with contacting the people for it. You cannot get any information from them. Gino will shuck and jive you about how he is there to help, but the car will begin to have problems as soon as the 30 days are up. The computers on both vehicles that we purchased constantly give no codes, and the check engine lights will not come on but major issues will occur. The check engine light failed to come on and no codes were produced however the battery light came on and the alternator died. We charged the battery, plugged it in, and still no codes. If anyone reading this has had a similar experience, please contact me. If there are enough victims, we can have a class-action suit. Just because the car is used doesn't mean you can be swindled.

Bought a car car 2/11/2022 and so as I got off freeway car broke down would not accelerate, check engine light popped on with several other lights. Call Gen to come get the car. He tried to tell me since I had Gap they could send it in to get fixed at no cost to me. I told him no. That's for if later on something happens with car to use not the first day of driving. Informed me the next day the schedule maintenence that was due was 23,000 miles over and missed 100,000 mile maintenance. I informed him this is something they should fix and do before trying to sell car. They get these cars from auction. Slap a sale sticker on it and that it. Had service lights on when I test drove car buy he cleared them. Would not recommend this place to anyone stay away. Got my deposit back now moving on.

I purchased a Lexus from Mr. Shadi. That was the best experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. It was great to work with auto Lions sales and really went above and beyond my expectations. The process was very easy and fast. Lots of verify clean cars to choose from and great deals! Now days it is hard to find such honest and reliable people.
