Lee and the team did an amazing job helping us out today with 4 new tires. One of our tires blew out on the highway 20miles out of La Grande but we got our spare on, phoned Les Schwab and Lee reassured us they could help. We got there 10minutes before they shut on a Saturday, talked us through the options available, decided to do all 4 and the guys changed them in record speed - we were back on the road in under half an hour! Can’t thank the team enough for their efforts, especially staying on a bit later for us on a weekend, excellent customer service and highly recommend!

We were on our way to Walowa Lake from Florence, Oregon and we got a flat on our trailer. We put our spare on and made it 20 miles to the nearest Les Schwab in La Grande. We decided we wanted all new tires on the trailer and the wonderful, efficient crew from reception to service had us in and out in record time ! We made it to our camp with daylight left and I am so appreciative of the respect and courtesy shown by all members of the team there. Bravo!

Not the less schwab that used to be. You better check everything they touched when you get it. Mistakes in the last 5 years. 1. Wheel came loose at 60 mph. Wheel nuts not tight. 2. Tire pressure off on all 4 tires. 3. Breaks surged. New drum wasn't turned. 4. Watched them let Calcium spray on my tractor when they checked the pressure. Told me to wash it when I got home. He sprayed it with a hose quick and I now have streaks on my fender, tire rim and side by the engine. I don't complain as we all make mistakes but they are bad.
