If your peddle is soft or spungy you could have air in the system with your breaks. I know this sounds corney but La Grande Auto bleeds breaks also.

It depends on the type. I don't beleive they do extremities such as arms and legs, but they do bleed automotive stopping brakes. Try GRH for other breaks.
