Wow! So incredibly nice! Went in with a luggage wheel repair and came out in less than 5 minutes with it all fixed. So kind to me and took me in right away!!! Would recommend to anyone!!!!

Very professional. I brought him something that was not a shoe. It was a wrist brace for bowling. I asked him if he thought if he could either repair one of the pieces that wrap around mt palm or replace it. He said he had a couple if ideas. When I want back when it was done I was extremely impressed with what he had done. It has been a month now and I bowl 2 to 3 time a week and it is like brand new. If he can do this kind of work with something out of his wheel house I can just imagine the magnificent shoe and other work he must do. I would recommend Rivtin's for any kind of leather, shoe or any kind of repair. It is like my Father always taught me. It never hurts to ask the worst someone could say is no. I asked he said let me work on it and did an AMAZING JOB.
