They were nice, I went today 7/25/2022. Listen carefully to me or you will be upset. YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT, this location is appointment only. I had an 8am appt, because I wasn't sure what to expect I was out there and it was a line 7:20, they called appts and told the walk-ins it's appointment only, they were upset. I checked the website since last year because the ss office is or was appointment only this was too. It is hard to get an appointment,so be on the site and proactive. They take walk-ins Saturdays but not sure if it's temporary 8a.m-1pm is what the lady told the people and from what I heard it's packed. I was in and out in what was 10-15 mins after being inside. Have your docs exact change if cash all needed docs check the site.

I have been waiting exactly 1 hour and 20 min on the phone, They answer the phone and in a second hung up the phone. How would you do that? What customer service is that? Don't you know everybody's time is valuable and you need to respect it?

I had previously given this place a five star review because they seem to be very organized. But I returned a couple months later and was told I need an appointment. How are we supposed to know that we need an appointment In order to be helped? On top of that the line was 40+ people waiting in line. This is on a Tuesday at noon
