Update: Nothing much has changed. I wished the building looked like the website. building hasn't been cleaned, pressure washed or painted in years. Urine and trash in laundry rooms and stair ways. IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC WHEN WASHING HANDS AND CLEANLINESS IS CRITICAL. The water is off every single day for hours at a time with no notice. Trash is everywhere in the parking area. No extermination for apartments and roaches are an issue. Maintenance doesn't fix things but says work orders are complete. Maintenance and cleaning crew are tenants instead of professionals who just get the job done and not when they feel like it. This place used to be nice and clean when there was a female landlord. This new landlord does not care about the property or the appearance of it. I guess it's just a greed thing and it truly shows. The parking lot has been dug up and destroyed for months and when they finally decided to do something. Guess who tried to fix it? Tenant-Maintenance and not a professional. Guess how it looks? An incomplete mess. I can't wait to get away from this slumlord - Beware new tenants - If you love yourself and family stay away from this disgusting place

Me and my family of 3 just moved in not even a month. The Management company falls very short on the way they run the property. When moving in the guy that was bringing the refrigerator messed up my floor and said refrigerator started to leak within a week. Stove went out only 3 burners are working and oven door does not close. Bathroom ceiling starting leaking over the bathtub. And just last night the A/C went out. No one cleans the property they are remodeling a unit and everything is just tossed in front like we live in a dump. I still have used tiles in front of my door thinking about selling them if they are not moved by the end of the week. The worst part is they say the the things has been fixed but it hasn't. I've been to other properties that they manage in homestead and it's night and day maybe because Lakeshore is in the urban area so they just don't care. Flies are all in the dumpster no one cleans them. Used condoms are found every morning in the parking lot. If they don't make changes for the better I will be leaving at the end of my lease.

Poorly Manage apartment Lakeshore Presidential Apartment does not deserve a star. The apartment is poorly managed. Let's start with the residents being notified this year 2018 the rent will go up an extra $200.00. I guess we will need to pay for the extra unwanted guess in the apartment such as New York rats, roach, and sways of nightly termites. Outside more rats, stray cats,dog and ducks crapping all on the place. Smoke free is laughable the building reek with the smell of marijuana. In the laundry room you notice the drug transaction between the young adult men. Let's not forget the 1250 side is a psych ward on the third floor we have a young man that want to fight everyone if he does not get money from his mother for his drugs habit. On the second floor there's another young man the walk around like zombie apparently from a bad drug trip. Last the young man with tattoo in his face and his hair standing on his head that live on the first floor that suffer from schizophrenic constantly yelling obscenities about his mother and other females. This entire building is like a circus. Before you desire the move in Lakeshore Presidential Apartment please do your homework.
